We can fabricate any metal and make all types of items from a range of materials. We often have to rectify kits bought by customers as the parts are not correct. We therefore modify the parts to suit our high standards.

PJS Auto has a full machine shop on site and can weld any metal including aluminium and stainless steel. We can complete various forms of chassis and metalwork fabrication, including but not limited to:

Underbody restoration using our rotisserie system for best access on a bare shell
Inner wing and wheel well tubbing
Chassis leg modification or repair
Suspension component mounting modifications
Drivetrain conversions including RWD and 4WD conversions
Engine and transmission mount fabrication.

S13/180sx Chassis Rails and Braces Fabrication

A few s13 chassis rails that's missing a bit of the rail why is this ? USDM has the full rail. this was because their brake lines run down the other side, so Nissan would of just chucked an extra shield on. Its probably not required... but yeah it would add to the rigidity of the shell.
